30-Day Return Policy

Return any unopened and unused product within 30 days for a full refund. This is in addition to your 14-day statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Eligibility

• Unopened and in original sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by order number or proof of purchase

Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Article 16(e), Consumer Rights Directive).

How to Initiate a Return

• Email returns@evoraparfums.com with your order number and reason
• We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
• Pack securely and ship to the provided address

Return Shipping

EU returns: prepaid label provided free. International returns: customer pays unless item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Refund processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Allow 3–5 additional days for bank processing.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@evoraparfums.com with photos. We arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Contact us before dispatch to cancel. Once dispatched, orders can be returned upon receipt.
