These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Évora Parfums website at www.evoraparfums.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is operated by Évora Parfums LDA, registered in Portugal at Rua da Prata 80, 3rd Floor, 1100-420 Lisbon (VAT: PT516XXXXXX).
All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Acceptance is confirmed by email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if products are unavailable.
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are on our Shipping page. Times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for customs delays or carrier issues.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened products. EU consumers have 14-day statutory withdrawal rights under Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Returns page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Évora Parfums LDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. Nothing limits our liability for negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights. EU residents may use the ODR platform.
